We are delighted to welcome Amy Lee as the new chair of our Board. We are
grateful for her willingness to serve and for her leadership, insight, and
commitment she brings to our mission. Amy has passionately served on our
Board for eight years and was previously Chair of the Governance Committee.
We look forward to working together as we continue to advance our mission
and deepen our impact.
ABOUT AMY
Amy Lee is Vice President, Network Management, Southeast Regional Network
Lead, Aetna, CVS Health
Amy has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry and 20 years
with Aetna. As the Network Lead for the Southeast Region, she is responsible
for provider relationships and effective network management across all the
segments and markets, which include Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South
Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. She and
her leadership team are focused on optimizing network performance and cost,
delivering on strategic network goals, and managing day-to-day operations. In
addition, she serves as the National IFP Lead for the NPSE organization and
manages a national network team focused on support segment strategy and
network execution.
Amy joined Aetna in 2004 and has extensive experience in product
development and implementation, sales and marketing, regulatory compliance,
and operations. She was instrumental in Coventry’s entrance into the Health
Care Exchange market beginning in 2014 and went on to become the Head of
Florida’s Individual segment, which at one time served over 250,000 members
and generated $1 billion in revenue. In this role, she was responsible for the
segment’s strategic direction, membership and financial performance,
operations and member and provider outreach programs.
Amy’s other leadership positions include Chief Network Officer for
Florida/Georgia, Head of Product Strategy and Insights for the Southeast Region and Director of Product Development and Communications for the
Florida Market.
Amy is a graduate of Florida State University and serves as Chairman of the
Board of Directors for SOS Children’s Villages Florida.
